Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow a short period of time for the carrier to update the tracking status.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing.
